Welcome to the Hospitality Suites for Tweeds Holiday Home Tour, “Sounds of the Season!” Tour guests who have purchased their tickets online should make this their first stop. Pick up your tickets, Tour Guide and gift bag, get directions, and ask any questions about the Tour. Visit our Tour Artisan to view and purchase a variety of hand-crafted Christmas gifts for family and friends. Participate in our Silent Auction then enjoy homemade goodies and a complimentary warm beverage served at Reserve-Our Gallery, Suite 120. In addition, guests can use the restroom and return survey forms.

The Woodland Professional Building was originally built as Kitley’s Drygoods Store in 1984. It featured two levels for various departments, including a pharmacy and liquor store. Huge stuffed animals for sale were displayed from the high ceiling in the lobby. It now features a historical mural by Tina and Ken Riestrer, in the upper level by the staircase, depicting local life in the early 1900s era of trains, ice block harvesting from the lakes, Native Americans, and the one-lane trail up Ute Pass.

The Woodland Professional Building is now the largest office building in Woodland Park, with over 24,000 square feet and thirty-three tenants in various sized office suites. Lee and Karin Taylor own and operate the building, while Lee also has an Edward Jones Investments office on the main level. The holiday décor will showcase a variety of nutcrackers that are reflective of Lee's two Army assignments in Germany.
